How you live in a home is not how you sell a home. We want to create a lifestyle that a prospective buyer is "buying into" when they consider purchasing your home. Our goal is to get you a fast sale with multiple offers.
styling your storage
Storage is a very important feature of every home. Not all storage is created equal. When selling a home, you want to make sure that your closets, no matter how big or small, look even bigger than they are.
DECLUTTERING & STAGING
A well used bar room was no bother for our client while they were living in their home...but to sell their house we needed to declutter the contents before the staging team came in to work their magic. The transformation is amazing!
After removing all of the collectible salt & pepper shakers and depression glass, they were able to paint and replace the countertops to take this kitchen to a true centerpiece of this home.
Laundry room "declutter to list" project
The before - during - after of a Laundry Room. It took us 6 hours to get through the initial sorting (most items were moved into the adjacent garage where there was more space to work. Once the room was cleared out, the client was able to paint the room and we moved some of her every day essentials back in. Ready to show!
Bedroom "declutter to list" project
This spare bedroom became the dumping ground. We spent 4 hours sorting through everything and created piles for our client to go through to make keep/don't keep decisions. The room was then ready for the Stagers to work their magic.
UNPACKING & HOME SET UP
Our primary focus when you move into a new home are the bedrooms and the kitchen. You need to sleep and eat. The rest you can unpack yourself at your leisure or you can just have us unpack and organize your new home. The best way to create good daily habits is with good organizing systems in place.
This client moved into their new home which did not have a closet that met their needs. We unpacked and organized the clothing and created shelves using small boxes (you can see in the upper left of the photo) Seeing all of their clothing and accessories allowed us to design a closet that fit their needs.
